Hello there Friends and Family of SMART MOVE!

Until now updating your contact details with the service providers you rely on for various services you use has been exhausting and frustrating.

You’ve heard about our SMART MOVE initiative to revolutionise and make it so easy to change your details. Now we would like to get your input.  Have we changed the status quo?

After months of design, development and testing we are keen to trial SMART MOVE with our friends and family – those we trust – to give us your honest input on the App and how we can refine it to be the market leader we know we have in the making.

The process is pretty simple and should take less than ten minutes of your time. Simply fill the form below, an email with instruction will be sent to you and follow the prompts. Select 5-10 of any of the service providers listed by selecting their Logos (they don’t have to be your actual service providers, it’s just a hypothetical test at this stage).

Once you are done please tell us about your experience in a short survey.


  • If you previously tested the app before please make sure you delete/uninstall the app first
  • Please DO NOT use your real customer information for this test. Simply input any numbers that you like, such as 123 456 7899 when you are prompted to enter your account/client number for the purpose of this test.
  • Not all service providers are currently included on our database (it’s a work in progress). Please send your suggestions of additional service providers to be included via our service portal

None of your details will be shared with service providers, however with your help we can complete testing and prepare to launch SMART MOVE to the world!  

All trial participants will go in the draw to receive one of 5 x $100 gift vouchers. A fair dinkum draw folks. And a gift card to spend how you wish.
